Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with any included sizing pucks. Contact support@forzie.com before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@forzie.com and we will cover the return shipping or arrange a suitable resolution.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to post the refund.
